Essentially most guys over 35+ now have this body or worse

You really have to fight this and become ripped to avoid this fate, which means being strict on nutrition and exercise

I call it the "padel body": skinny limbs and a fat beer belly, others call it "pregnant guy" which I like too 😂

It's very risky because belly fat (or visceral fat) is uniquely dangerous: it actively disrupts your hormonal system (which makes you depressed or if you're a guy feminine and if you're a woman masculine), as well as causing body-wide inflammation, heart disease, diabetes and even strokes!

Don't believe me?

🇺🇸 US: Roughly 70% to 77% of adult men over age 35 are overweight or obese, according to national health data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey. Rates increase significantly with age, peaking during middle age

🇪🇺 EU: Roughly 60% to 80% of middle-aged and older men in Europe are overweight or obese. Data from the World Health Organization Regional Office for Europe and Eurostat show that weight-gain heavily scales with age, with male rates consistently higher than female rates
