Go do activities outside where you think your future gf/bf would hang out
Like sports, hobbies, language classes, anything really
Don't focus on finding a partner, just try make friends with everyone, guys, girls etc
Over a few months you'll be part of many social circles now and high odds you'll meet somebody you like
And you'll meet them in a natural way where you know they match you quite well because they're friends of your friends
