The only thing young people in Southern Europe can do is drink and smoke because there's absolutely zero opportunities for them to do anything else
They have little to no economic opportunities available, no jobs, no housing to rent or buy to move out of your parent's place and regulation makes it close to impossible to even run your own business
The only thing you can do is hope you can leave and work abroad and then return at age 65 when you've made enough money and buy some farmland
Their governments have failed their people for decades
Tragic is what it is
But yes it's a "vibe"
