Hotel in the Netherlands sets AC minimum at 23°C and locks windows for security
Just checked into a hotel in the Netherlands and of course the AC on max won't get the room lower than 23°C
"That's the minimum of our hotel sir"
So then I thought let's open the window, but
"The windows are locked for security reasons sir"
Another year, still degrowth
