I can confirm @xAI was the only Western AI I was able to use when I was traveling in China
Because my eSIM was routed through Hong Kong
Both Anthropic and OpenAI fully block Hong Kong
Again, it's not Hong Kong blocking them, it's them blocking Hong Kong
Also did you know Elon's mom lives in Shanghai?
